The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.and#10;and#10;Key Responsibilities:and#10;and#149; Participate in the daily toolbox talk.and#10;and#149; Communicate trends and incidents.and#10;and#149; Support in the development JSP for high-risk activities happen daily.and#10;and#149; Review and assess all active jobs and coach as needed.and#10;and#149; Complete daily step card, select different crews if available.and#10;and#149; Complete a daily 2 SOS, select different crews if available.and#10;and#149; Complete 2 good catch/near hit cards and submit daily.and#10;and#149; Attend the daily close meeting.and#10;and#149; Knowledgeable on RCRA hazardous waste regulations and IATA.and#10;and#149; Knowledgeable on Machine tool operation and guarding.and#10;and#149; Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses at the job site.
