What You Will Do 

We are seeking a highly capable and execution-focused Director, Global HR Operations & Total Rewards to manage, implement, and optimize compensation, benefits, and HR operational programs for our workforce across more than 20 countries. This role is ideal for a proven HR leader with global experience, who thrives on delivering repeatable programs with precision, structure, and collaboration.

 

This role is an excellent next step for a high-performing HR leader on a senior leadership trajectory, seeking to expand their global executional scope and increase their strategic influence. You will play a key role in aligning compensation structures with business strategy, budget planning, and future growth opportunities. In this position, you’ll lead critical HR initiatives and collaborate with a dynamic, experienced HR leadership team that embraces the philosophy that “HR is a team sport”—where success is driven by strong partnership and collaboration.

 

Total Rewards Execution & Program Ownership: 

  • Own, create, revise and execute global compensation programs and policies including salary structures, bonus plans, equity refreshes, and ad-hoc equity grants. Design and implement a regular review process to ensure continued alignment of compensation structures with legal and market changes.  
  • Program Manager for annual and bi-annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity programs across key global markets.  
  • Conduct global benchmarking and compensation analysis using tools such as Radford to ensure competitiveness and equity; collaborate with HR partners in job architecture projects, anticipate growth implications on C&B, making recommendations on new hires, promotions, or reorganizations.Support and enhance regional benefits programs in collaboration with brokers and vendors, ensuring compliance and employee relevance.  
  • Maintain documentation and audit readiness aligned with governance, compliance, and internal control standards. 

 

HR Operations: 

  • Create, maintain and manage day-to-day HR operations including data integrity, documentation, lifecycle transactions, and process audits ensuring organizational compliance and readiness to support future business growth opportunities.  
  • Deliver compelling, executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint, and produce detailed models and reports with advanced Excel capabilities.  
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely, accurate data flow and compliance across regions.  
  • Lead the design, implementation and administration of operational processes and tools for cutting edge HR programs tied to compensation, benefits, performance management and training. 

 

Program Implementation & Team Leadership: 

  • Lead tactical implementation of global HR programs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery across functions and geographies.  
  • Manage a small team of HR operations and rewards specialists (including a Sr. Global Benefits Manager), fostering development and accountability.  
  • Manage cross-functional HR projects using platforms like Smartsheet for tracking, delivery, and reporting.  
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offers, internal moves, compensation updates, and organizational planning.  
  • Support M&A activities, including compensation mapping, systems alignment, and HR operations integration. 

 

 

What You Bring to Forescout

Required experience: 

  • 7+ years of HR experience, including strong ownership of compensation cycles, benefits, and HR operations.  
  • Industry experience in software development or technology is required.  
  • Global Total Rewards and HR operations experience specifically related to the United States and Europe.  
  • Strong program implementation and management capabilities with a focus on quality and timeliness.  
  • High-level proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling) and PowerPoint (executive presentation development).  
  • Familiarity with Radford for benchmarking and compensation analysis.  
  • Strong process orientation and attention to detail with the ability to manage concurrent priorities. 

 

Preferred experience: 

  • Experience with Oracle HCM and project tracking tools such as Smartsheet.  
  • Exposure to M&A due diligence, SOC compliance, and HR integration efforts.  
  • Experience in global, multi-region HR environments with private equity or high-growth contexts.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; certifications such as CCP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS are a plus.
