Job Description
:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our internal systems while ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all company information. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems
Verify data accuracy and completeness before entry
Maintain organized records and files both electronically and physically
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Generate reports and summaries as requested
Assist with administrative tasks and document management
Identify and correct errors in data entries
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency
Qualifications
:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
