In addition to delivering the current version of the systems, you will get to help shape and design the security features in the next generation systems. Bring your desire to grow and learn and join this truly great team. **This position requires to be in Office 100%, located in Sterling VA** **Responsibilities:** + Work with the system developers to ensure that we are delivering systems that can attain ATO. + Work hand-in-hand with the customer ISSOs to navigate through the ATO process. + Continuous Monitoring- Maintain system currency with DISA STIG- Update security documentation (SSP, Test Plans & scripts, POA&M, etc.) as required. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline and 1+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience. + Ability to obtain an active **Top Secret security** clearance post start date. + Experience with Linux shell scripting and command line interface + DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (Security+ CE or better)- Good verbal and written communication + Linux experience, specifically with security hardening + BASH or other Linux scripting to validate security compliance- Familiarity with ICD 503 and NIST 800-53 + Experience executing DISA SCC/SCAP testing- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
