**Job Title: Clean Room Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team as a Clean Room Assembler where you will perform manual mechanical assembly of electronic parts using small tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers. This role does not involve soldering or operating machines. You will be seated at a workstation building components for a new customer. **Responsibilities** + Access and review the appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment. + Verify kits, enter batch lot information, and package and label accessory items following documented instructions. + Utilize appropriate mats and required tooling. + Ensure all equipment like torque wrenches and screwdrivers are performing properly. + Follow manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision. + Assemble a variety of systems integration subassemblies as needed. + Notify leadership of any shutdown situations. + Enter data into the Process Feedback System (PFS) and link subassemblies to final units. + Enter quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required. **Essential Skills** + 3+ months of experience in electronics manufacturing. + Proficiency in basic tool usage, specifically small tools. + Ability to read blueprints, SOPs, and work instructions. + Experience with multimeters and hand tools. + Inspection skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED. + 3 months to 2 years of basic experience in electronics manufacturing. + Experience using small tools. + Experience following work instructions, SOPs, or blueprints. + MUST have ITAR documentation (U.S. citizenship required, must have birth certificate or passport). **Why Work Here?** Our products and designs have been showcased at major events such as the Olympics and the Super Bowl, and are utilized by America's military personnel. The company provides smocks and ESD equipment. The hours are structured in two shifts: 1st shift is from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and 2nd shift is from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Shift differentials apply for the 2nd shift. The dress code includes long pants or work jeans, a plain t-shirt, and closed-toed flat rubber-soled shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
