Chiropractor Mechanicsville VA (15 min NE of Richmond)

We are looking for a dynamic Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Mechanicsville, VA. We are conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Richmond. We are seeking a motivated compassionate chiropractor with integrity to help inspire our growing practice. While our practice does have a very strong patient base and active marketing streams, our ideal candidate needs to enjoy networking and attracting new patients. Ideally, we are looking for a Chiropractor who practices the following techniques: Diversified, Drop, F&D, SOT and some Activator (not protocol) and is knowledgeable in the use of therapies and routinely recommends therapies such as Cold laser, hydromassage, ultrasound/combo/stim, cervical traction, massage therapy and assisted stretch therapy.

Duties:
-Patient evaluations- Physical Exam, medical history, review pertinent records/imaging/reports
-Take and review X-rays/ write reports
-Diagnosis and treatment care plan formulation
-Patient education re: care plan options, home exercises, benefits of chiropractic care, and lifestyle counseling
-Collaborate with rehab therapists and patients with rehab/therapeutic exercises
-Chiropractic care- Manual therapies, adjustments- Diversified, Lumbar Flexion Distraction (and cervical also), Thompson Drop (Some SOT and Activator-not protocol-simply as an adjusting tool) and a variety of therapies and modalities
-Collaboration with the other providers and staff for comprehensive patient care
-Documentation -timely and accurate
-Marketing (internal and external)-community outreach and programs, networking/building patient base and bringing in/retaining new patients
-Meeting with CEO regularly, reporting stats
-Patient reexams/evaluations to ensure all goals are being met and/or progress is being made

Requirements:
-Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
-Chiropractic license in VA

Schedule:
-Full time

Compensation:
-Compensation allows for bonus opportunities to make over $100,000 per year
