The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to CFO-level responsibilities. The CFO will take full ownership of the firm's finance, accounting, and operational infrastructure while partnering closely with senior leadership, investors, and the investment team. This is ideal for a strategic yet execution-oriented finance professional ready to scale a high-growth platform and take on a long-term leadership role. Key Responsibilities + Oversee all fund and management company finance, accounting, and reporting. + Partner with Investor Relations and Capital Formation on fund structures, investor reporting, and LP communications. + Collaborate with the investment team on deal execution, legal coordination, and operational due diligence. + Maintain and enhance firmwide operations, compliance, and internal controls. + Partner with Technology and Data teams to leverage automation and improve workflow efficiency. + Lead, mentor, and grow the finance and operations team, building scalable processes for the firm's continued growth. Requirements + 6-10+ years in venture capital, private equity, fund administration, or senior finance/operations roles at investment firms. + Strong understanding of fund mechanics, legal structures, investor reporting, and compliance. + Proven ability to own the finance and operations function end-to-end with minimal oversight. + Strong financial, operational, and strategic acumen with a track record of building scalable systems and processes. + Collaborative, proactive, and excited to help shape the foundation of a growing platform. + Ideal for someone ready to step into a CFO role or grow into it within the next few years.
