• Promote bank products and services to customers, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, including balances, statements, and account maintenance.
• Ensure the security of cash and other financial instruments, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or banking role preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficient in using computer systems and banking software.
• Must be able to pass a background check and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
