Job Description

Segal McCambridge, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 1+ year of civil litigation experience  to join our West LA office . This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced trial attorneys on active litigation files while continuing to develop your skills across a broad range of practice areas.

Practice Areas Include:

• General Civil Litigation
• Employment Law
• Wrongful Death
• Product Liability
• Professional Liability
• Construction Defect Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Manage discovery and prepare cases for trial
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Interface directly with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation, strategy, and case management

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California (required)
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset

• Competitive base salary: $120,000–$165,000, depending on experience
