Welcome and assist current and prospective residents
Answer phones and respond to leasing inquiries
Schedule and conduct community tours
Promote and present apartment features to prospects
Process service requests and support resident needs
1+ year of Leasing Consultant experience
A professional and friendly attitude
Strong communication and people skills
Tech-savvy with basic property management software knowledge
A can-do mindset and a genuine passion for service
